Customer Service Agents greet our customers guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process. They use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets. Use computers to assist customers with seat availability and make gate announcements regarding the boarding process.
Line service technician supports daily facilitation of aircraft while promoting quality service to private aircraft jet ownership experience. Line technician Loads and unload passenger baggage, assist/provide transportation to and from aircraft. Also assist in winter operations including plowing and shoveling snow.
Ramp coordinator is responsible for following documented operation processes for international arrival and departure flights. The role also includes performing Triple duties for each departure to ensure all baggage is accounted for and authorized for carriage. A ramp coordinator makes sure that the team is doing what they are supposed to do.
Cabin service coordinator oversea directs and assist in cleaning of aircraft interiors. Performs visual inspection of aircraft to ensure aircraft is in clean standard for departure. Ensures supply room is kept organized, monitors usage of supply and ensures inventory is adequate to meet service requirements.
