- Being conscious of each child’s needs. If one was overstimulated by a certain situation, you adapt the program. If a child really enjoyed a certain drill, we took note and expanded on it. Being adaptable in a situation like this is the best quality you can have.
- Being in a program like this taught me how to work with all kinds of people. It gives you a perspective outside of your own and helps you appreciate people for their uniqueness and their highly admirable ability to be themselves.
