Oversees all aspects of construction for residential homes which range from $300k and above from start to finish. Ensures homes under construction are built according to plans and are ready for each phase of inspections to pass the first time around. Very organized which helps prevent any building delays and at the same time avoids errors that can cost the company money. Coordinates daily with different trades to include only the Spanish-speaking trades to ensure there is constant progress in the workflow. Conducts New Home Owner Demonstrations as well as final walks with new homeowners. Always received the best survey rating score for overall happiness with the home as well as overall happiness with the Construction Manager. In charge of scheduling all warranty requests to the appropriate trades and ensuring they are completed to the homeowners' satisfaction. Ensures compliance with OSHA safety regulations throughout the entire build.

Responsible for processing and monitoring of all personal management issues for 85,000 Soldiers both officers and enlisted personnel assigned under United States Army Pacific Command. Coordinates daily with Human Resources Command Account Managers with Assignment Managers to represent USARPAC's intent or to quickly resolve discrepancies. Monitors critical personnel issues facing today's Army and provides appropriate courses of action to USARPAC and personnel managers.

Served as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade consisting of five subordinate
Battalions comprised of over 2,800 Soldiers; responsibilities include but not limited to implementation of Personnel
Accounting and Strength Reporting (PA/SR), Essential Personnel Services (EPS), Personnel Information Management
(PIMS), and other inherent administrative functions; is the senior enlisted advisor to the Brigade Command Sergeants
Major for personnel and administrative guidance; responsible for the health, welfare, discipline, and training of four
NCOs and three enlisted Soldiers.

Serves as the NCOIC of the Personnel Accountability Division (PA), and oversees the Postal Operations Division
(POD); monitors, analyzes, and assists the CENTCOM Theater Gateway and Joint Reception Centers with transiting
personnel across the CENTCOM Area Of Responsibility; supervises and provides technical guidance with subordinate
postal elements, the Military Postal Service Activity (MPSA), and Joint Military Postal Activity (JMPA); assists the PA
and POD Division Chief in all matters, and responsible for the welfare, training, discipline, administrative and combat
readiness, professional development, and quality of life for 17 Soldiers.

Senior Human Resources Sergeant for a Provisional Brigade. Provided personnel support for more than 300 Soldiers: advises the Provisional Brigade Commander, Command Sergeant Major, Company Commanders, and First Sergeants on all personnel related issues to include personnel redistribution, Finance, NCOERs, OERs, Awards, Personnel Actions, Promotions, and all personnel databases. Directly responsible for the training, moral and professional development of four Soldiers.

Served as the Rear Detachment First Sergeant for the 5-82 Field Artillery Headquarters Battalion in direct support of the 4th Brigade Combat Team. Served as the principal advisor to the Commander for training, health and welfare, readiness, safety and moral for Soldiers and their families. Responsible for synchronizing, coordinating and planning the combat readiness for 74 Soldiers as well as the accountability and serviceability of 25 wheeled and tracked vehicles valued in excess of $28 million.
