  • Led the planning and implementation of school based instructional leadership teams across 37 schools and over 1700 teachers focused on literacy and developing teacher leaders resulting in narrowing of the achievement gap in ELA for Black, Hispanic, Economically Disadvantaged, and Students with Disabilities
