- Ronald was hired to define and refine the new and current QA processes. Reporting directly to the VP of the business Unit, he led several projects to succession, including the creation of a risk analysis method for determining the criticality of test cases (risk based testing), a process to determine Root Causes (RCA) and Test case standards.
- Additionally, Ronald has been leading the efforts of Test case automation, reforming the review process of automated test cases, determining hardware requirements for a test lab and determining the development road map for the off-shore QA automation team. He is also leading the effort to bring QA testing to the Cloud (Azure)
- To support and grow the Automation team, Ronald was asked to be part of the interviewing team at Mckesson.

- In an ongoing effort to enhance the agile approach, Ronald was placed in a Pilot Agile team as a lead QA Engineer, developing strategies for testing and automation in Agile. His endeavors produced an Automation framework (Powershell, TestComplete), executing tests on a daily basis, triggered by new application builds, thus reducing time to market
- As a QA Director, Ronald was leading a group of QA testing Engineers(11) by using a proven testing Framework (MSF for CMMI). He was in charge of continuously improving Processes, Policies and Procedures, (Software) Certification and testing, He has been instrumental in changing the way test plans, cases and scripts are being used by inserting and integrating with the latest technologies like MS TFS (Team Foundation Server) and MS Testmanager. In addition, Ronald has been the liaison between Confluence and Indecomm (outsource), enabling overseas development and QA. As a hiring manager, Ronald expanded the team both nationally and internationally.
