It was a difficult time for the company, where we had very few associates. Our director began the process of seeking new people to fill those voids. However, it was hard to do so. I worked tirelessly. I used to be called daily to cover someone (or to fill a void), and I've never refused because I know what it felt like to have one or two associates called out. I worked double shifts or all day during this time until we had found new associates.
