I have gained many job experience both in Grenada and here in the US, which I’m eager to share .I am highly familiarize with what is expected from me to serve customers or guest with outmost courtesy. Apart from my guest Customer skills I am also fully component in front office operations, Microsoft ,excel and data entry . I can also assist with guest / Customers queries ,bookings ,check in and outs ,multitasking ,answering Telephones and redirecting calls questions and concerns ,all in a timely and professional manner . In addition to this ,my utmost job requirements lies in making customers feel comfortable,valued and welcomed. While maintaining a clean professional,working environment.
