I started as a crew member on the Roseville Snelling location then, I made my way to be a crew trainer after a month a Kitchen Manager after 3 months, I was trained by a Certified Training Manager which was my GM at that time.
After swiftly adapting and learning my role really well and with my hunger to learn new things every day I eventually became a full-Service Manager in less than a year.
As the company grows, they were looking to promote possible General Managers or assistant General Managers within the company to help manage new store openings. I was promoted into assistant GM and got transferred into the Coon Rapids location which I currently employed at.
My key responsibilities are making schedules, overseeing trainings, hiring and onboarding new talents, evaluating food safety measures, ordering the truck delivery and inventories.
Working in the food service industry helped me to be a better leader and a worker, I become even better in multitasking, handling hospitality aspects, and collaborating with my team to effectively run daily operations smoothly.
I love the relationship that we have with our community we engage in multiple fundraising programs for schools, clubs, sports teams, local events and so much more and I am proud to be able to lead my team to help achieve and promote good relationship with our customers and peers.
