Received the Culture Award for Florida North by leading the area through change management and training as the SME in switching over to SAP and Sales Force (ESP) in the south region. 

Received DM of the year for the south region and runner up for DM of the year for the Institutional NA division for sales growth and budget. 

As a territory manager I drove sales growth as a individual contributer achieving the highest sales growth in the District, Area and Region in my second year with Ecolab. 

My drive and focus over the last 21 years in sales resulted in multiple years of achieving 100% budget achievement as both an individual contributer and sales leadership roles across several areas.
