Nekter Juice Bar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting high-quality juices, smoothies, and bowls, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.

• Prepare and serve juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items according to recipes and company standards.

• Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including the prep station, dining area, and restrooms.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Stock and restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.

• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
