As an F&I Manager, my primary responsibilities include customer service, paperwork processing, and financial compliance. I work directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products, and other options. I also find competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles, process applications for vehicle financing, and help customers get approved. I verify that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly, maintain strong relationships with lending institutions. I ensure compliance by following all local, state, and federal regulations and train the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote them to customers.
