Being a part of the fulfillment team at Lowe’s was definitely a struggle . when I first started. It was only me trying to make sure that everything went out for delivery on the trucks and everything in store was being picked up on time and in an orderly fashion.
At Lowe’s I was hired on first as a cashier. I learned the system pretty quickly, and it wasn’t long until I started doing other things besides cashiering I was really good at de-escalating situations such as an unhappy customer. I did anything and everything in my power to make sure that they were happy
As a trainer at Freddie’s I learned how to do my job and assist with somebody else’s job. I did really well with de-escalating situations. For example, my trainee handed out the wrong meal to the wrong guest, and I had a complaint. I did my best to correct the mistake teach my trainee and a compensate for the mistake
As a server at Pizza Hut, I did anything from answering the phones to making the pizzas to actually serving guests. I really enjoy the social interaction with other people and learned early on how to de-escalate situations and how to make the guest as comfortable as I can.
