I installed a variety of complex panel, roof, waterproofing systems. Responsible for flashing waterproofing, sub framing, insulating, paneling and trimming out. Everything had to be inspected and signed off on. I custom cut all penetrations and designed all flashings and trims myself off field measurements. Majority of this work was edge or swing stage up to 500'.

Krueger worked exclusively on $1 billon high rises and event centers. These kind of the projects had mural panel systems and color shift paints or expensive or patinaed alloys that routinely exceeded $100/sqft, panel systems such as this generally can not order additional material without 3 month lead times. I excelled at proper layout, accurate measurements resulting in minimizing costly mistakes.

DMD is a custom manufacturing steel plant where we built architectural and industrial facades and panel systems.

As Operations Manager I was second only to ownership. I was handled all aspects of day to day responsibilities including payroll, sales, estimates, raw material sourcing, production, warehousing, shipping and customer service.

I continuously cross trained my staff to be as versatile. I'd show them how to drive the 5 ton trucks, weld, fabricate steel as well as teach them metallurgy as most of our finishes where reactions amongst dissimilar metals.
