Im grateful to be part of Durango Hotel Resort and Casino, being part of a team member as a Pastry cook, it wasn't easy to open a Hotel it was an overwhelming and tiring but very rewarding experience, knowing that all the desserts we have created for the restaurant we catered are the best. the Devils 18 layered chocolate cake which i created for the restaurant is the top quest favorites.
