In my last position, as a TPA Claims Manager I mentored a team of Claims Examiners and conducted routine quality claim file audits as well as and peer reviews.
I was responsible for Quality Audits which required claim expertise as well as contract knowledge of policies underwritten by Lloyds of London and other cover holders.
Our managing broker required direct communication with representatives from Lloyds of London to complete internal audits which required expertise in claims handling as well as interpretation of Lloyds of London policy contracts.
I have developed excellent communication and report writing skills with attention to detail, when presenting to senior management, brokers and clients.
My last position required juggling various tasks with prioritizing time sensitive tasks and also those with lengthy research.

I am a 200 YTR certified yoga instructor. Earned my teacher training designation in 2013 while working 6 days per week as an independent catastrophe claims adjuster in the Dallas Texas area. I worked on and off as a substitute teacher and also held private and group sessions at my home for many years. Still practice yoga. It's one of my passions (besides cooking)!
