Administration role as a Program specialist of Utah Community Action
Leadership and supervision skills for children, with sensitivity to needs of families from various economic and ethnic backgrounds
Manage time efficiently to ensure all deadlines, paperwork, assessment data and reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Numerous duties for the children such as: Filed trips, toilet training and daily records for each child
Ability to manage, plan, asses, and observe classroom with develop a positive and supportive relationships with parents and caregivers
Plan for the team building activities, and problem solving
Monitored employee work and developed improvement plans.
Led a cohesive team of specialists in executing tasks according to established timelines and milestones, resulting in timely completion of deliverables.
