Created requirements for various projects involving the firm's document management applications, including the migration of over 40 million documents to Azure storage, database migrations and upgrading of on-prem applications. Aided in project management, testing and design of new systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in analyzing and documenting product owner's business requirements and processes, communicating these requirements to technical personnel by constructing business process models, screen overviews and data dictionaries. Azure DevOps used as requirements platform (visio for business process flows).
• Gathering and analysis of requirements for a new Banking as a Service mobile application.
• Analysis of a franchisee management system and creation of workflows.
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of quality products, on time.
• Participating in technical reviews, inspection and testing to verify quality standards.
• Documenting existing system integrations to aid in troubleshooting activities.

During my time at Crossvale worked on:

• Banking solutions, including acting as liaison between business clients and developers in order to synthesize business requirements into a general design. Used JIRA/Confluence.
• Web service design and implementation platform (webMethods 9.5)
• API maintenance. Used Terraform to Interface with API Gateway on AWS to create and update Banking APIs.
• Integration with core systems and interfacing with IBS, ACBS, Alnova and Black Knight. Xsd/xml modelling.
• Extensive testing using SOAPUI and Postman.
• Creation of documentation e.g. sequence diagrams and FDS.
• Requirements gathering into Epics and Stories.

Projects included:

• Re-architecting a loan boarding system for a customer (bank) to automate the process and reduce errors.
• Analysis and build out of Quality Check/Verification rules on BRMS (currently Red Hat Decision Manager).
• Business Process Management Updates.
• Issue Management system.

Also aided the Crossvale business in the areas of:

• created in-house information sharing resource for employees.
• marketing (web site development, digital marketing campaign design and implementation).
• Process Improvement (internal communications, recruitment. agile methodology, sharepoint website set up etc.)

Owned and operated a small business

• Created a profitable business and gained experience on the many facets of running a small business including customer relations, customer service, marketing, financial management, business plan development, specialization and training.
• Gold award (1st place) winner in a national contest for the development of a case report and was asked to be involved as a peer-reviewer of scientific research.
• Authored two articles that were published in peer-reviewed journals.

• Worked on Mi7, a core 0c3-oC192 Sonet multiplexor.
• Designed, developed and tested packet-handlers and diagnostic software in C++.

• Created chip drivers, embedded diagnostic software. Worked from the hardware abstraction layer. Coded in C and C++ for a Sonet multiplexor product.

• Software engineer on their SPM product (a peripheral piece of equipment for Nortel's switches that had Oc3 input)

• Maintained SS7 (telecom) and developed ISDN software at layer 3 and admin/management of B and D channels
• Maintained and developed interface/UI software for maintenance of ISDN interfaces (PRI/PRA) .
