• TN Promise Mentor, 2019, Present, Mentor students pursuing post-secondary education and career development., Spend about one hour a month reminding students of important deadlines, serving as a trusted college resource and, most importantly, encouraging students to reach their full potential., As someone who is familiar with this program and its positive impact, I know what it takes to consider giving back and helping the students to achieve their post-secondary goals.
• Student Activity Council Committee Member, 2020, 2022, Supported campus engagement, diversity initiatives, and students., College is about seeing things from a fresh perspective. Opening our eyes to more than just studies., While being a part of SAC Ideas and Issue, I brainstormed a lot of interesting and unique programs, events, and services that always make the campus feel alive with a mindful eye to diversity., Most of what my group plans will change students’ lives for the better in social, physical, intellectual, or emotional way.
