• As General Contractor over the past few years, my main focus was working with customers and other contractors whether it be consulting during the design build process bringing their vision to a practical concept and adjusting scope when needed based on budget.
• As of recent I created a digital design plan drawing and submitted to city of Santa Rosa for bathroom addition to connect to city sewer with details for methods of connections from existing cast iron to ABS maintaining proper slope and best practices to be implemented.
• Being aware to look out and monitor compliance with DOSH, building and safety codes, and other regulations, as well as conducting daily safety meetings.
• I help facilitate entire construction processes including bidding to closing of project.

I was an independent tradesman working under other contractors license off and on. Rick Roberts, Randy Coffman and Peter Riley to name a few. I was responsible for the following.

Communicating needs as it pertains to materials needed, explaining and discussing setbacks when a concealed condition was exposed. Working with other team members to strategize best efficient means to handle situations and sharing in best practices with the right tools for the right job.

During these years of on the job training building my trade experience I learned rough framing, plumbing, electrical, foundations and finish carpentry as well as reading blueprints.

Traveled throughout the five stores in the region executing merchandise displays point of purchase (POP) and following Plan o grams (POG) to a strategic standard set by corporate office. All products have a home based on where they sell the best base on eye level and related items.

Conducted daily pre-shift and weekly departmental meetings to ensure organizational efficiency.

Scheduled and directed staff in daily work assignments to maximize productivity.
