
I started my career at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in 2021. I have worked at 4 locations(Sandy Springs, Powder Springs, Irby and South Marietta Parkway) I have supported multiple sites and I was the Second Mile Trainer on the Sebring FL locations Grand Opening.
I take pride in my work ethic, time management, mechanical knowledge and my ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
I lead using respect, I’ve witnessed firsthand that a team can become a family so I set goals not only for the site but the individual to improve their growth, no matter how big or small, I acknowledge when a goal is completed. I also love a fun competition, I was told that making the daily routine fun can lead to success within your sites culture and the site itself and I stick with that and have seen amazing results.

• Making sure legal requirements are met regarding Lease’s and Auction’s
• Daily customer calls to ensure satisfaction and to make customer’s aware of there options.(Inbound and Outbound)
• Maintaining Incentive Goals such as Google reviews, Follow up call timing and Waived Fee’s
