Overseeing car wash operations during the facility's busiest operating hours, as well as being the primary team leader on site working with teams of up to ten to wash hundreds of cars each day.

Responsibilities Included:

• Interviewed, hired, and trained new team members.
• Being the first point of contact for guests with an issue.
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Engaged with the community for the purpose of driving traffic to the site as well as promoting the Tommy's Express brand
• Oversaw all daily office operations and equipment maintenance

• Took orders, prepared meals, and collected payments.
• Provided excellent customer service by greeting customers and meeting quality expectations.
• Checked and restocked utensils and condiments in appropriate locations for guests.
• Kept food preparation area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary.
