• Comply with, and ensure direct reports are complying with, all regulatory and internal policies. No willful or repeated violations. Have no major underwriting and/or documentation issues during Pre-Funding QC review, TENA review, Post Closing and Audit review of all market production. Support Community Reinvestment Act and maintain highest ethical standards in the conduct in the bank and personal actions and endeavors. Respond to all internal / external audit, compliance and investor findings within established time frames. Limit/reduce buybacks and unsalable loans due to regulatory and/or Compliance errors from loan processing as compared to previous year for the market.
• Manage Workday requirements for all direct reports including weekly timecards and PTO review, monitoring and approving overtime, scheduled periodic one on one coaching, administration of annual performance-objective plans, and performance review requirements as necessary. Monthly review of Production Reports with direct reports (capacity review / ‘target’ days review etc.) Support and develop all direct reports as needed including on-boarding new staff, training on system knowledge, credit and technical knowledge, FIB processing standards, communication, etc. Actively maintain positive relationships in the marketplace. Identify talent to serve as a recruiting resource as opportunity presents.
• Have the ability to process all loan types without assistance to serve as a capacity overflow resource, maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the loan origination software, build trust with direct reports, identify and resolve process flow ‘bottlenecks’, and on-board staff.
• Actively manage the market production pipeline from when loan files are initially handed off from the MLO through funding of the loan. Specific activities include:

· Review loan files from the MLO to identify risk elements and which key business requirements are met/not met prior to assigning the loan processor.

· Load balance the distribution of loan files across all Representatives and Processors according to established relationships (where applicable) and/or accordingly to relative complexity including loan type, transaction type, borrower profile, property type and other risk characteristics associated with a loan file.

· Promote weekly Individual MLO / Processor pipeline meetings to increase communication and accountability regarding files in process.

· Participate in periodic Closing Calendar pipeline meetings and adjust Estimated Close Dates as necessary in the LOS.

• Collaborated with Loan Officers to provide timely, accurate service for clients throughout entire mortgage process.
• Prepared file for final clear-to-close by branch management.
• Worked with customers in person and via telephone to answer questions, process transactions and resolve issues.
• Communicated with originator and applicant concerning progress of loan file.
• Managed a pipeline and met close dates.
• Worked with outside vendors to coordinate different pieces of the loan.
