• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and inquiries using email, phone and scripts and templates

• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department
GREETER
• Maintain the lounge area and copy area; keep these areas stocked and organized.
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the advisor.
Work cooperatively with the valet team.
• Communicate with visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
