• My responsibilities include the maintaining of restrooms, offices building up keep. Duties I perform include floor stripping, polishing, carpet and upholstery cleaning and operating all different types of floor machines. Other duties include tile glow of restroom floors, cleaning windows interior and exterior, office cleaning, dusting , vacuuming among other things. I also perform task as daily inventory logs, monthly inventory record keeping and up keep of golf carts sometimes ask to travel from campus to other Lonestar campus to perform work duties. I am certified to operate scissor lift and fork lift machines and also perform duties as lead involved in meeting with vice president and helping co- workers with difficult tasks. I became lead in 2022 my duties are pretty much same but more interactive with co-worker because I am a working lead that fill in when some calls out.

Exterior pressure washing of buildings around the campus and sidewalks also empty all exterior trash cans and interior cleaning of carpets, chairs, floor scrubbing of restrooms in addition to working weekend events.

• Responsibilities included in stalling a variety of equipment including liberty systems, large chillers and specialized package units and also electrical components such as panel boxes. As a duct installer work involves section cutting to assemble commercial rigid air conditioning duct work systems. Also duct forms sheet metal hangs duct work, runs gas lines and installs units for the installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in commercial and residential buildings. Job required the use of gas powered scissor lift machines.

• Responsibilities included joining drywall panels using tape and joint compound repairing cracks and other damage drywall panels. Also concealing any imperfections or exposed irregularities in the drywall surface. Layering joint compound with trowels to create a flat surface, sanding down rough areas on the wall to create a smooth surface. Skimming the surface with a final layer of compound in preparation for finishing work, managing and maintaining all the required equipment for the job. Painter responsibilities included selecting the correct tools and paints for projects, preparing walls and other surfaces before painting. Mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and sealants covering exposed objects and surfaces. Fill cracks, holes with putty and joint compound to repair damage area. Work with spray guns and paint rollers, interior wall textures of all types, exterior painting using motorized scissor lifts scaffolding, ladders.
