Directed 2 simultaneous projects supporting the Viasat III Satellite Program.

1) Engineering of Satellite Access Nodes (SAN). Including SAN site selection, look angle/bore-site positioning (78°w-98.9°w-91°w), beam interference calculation, geographic interference identification.

2) Fiber Optic Network Deployment. GIS Dark Fiber identification and selection, multiple degree node evaluation (SAN site supporting numerous dark fiber legs), vender selection, fiber build management, hardware section (fiber interface panel etc.), network "feed" side ownership. Test data review and approval (OTDR CD PMD Power).

Oversite of network and field operations, including government systems partners, network customers, projects, and initiatives while maintaining the National Network of 7milion circuits, 2000 plus sites, 42,000 route miles, 400 plus technicians, and 28 managers.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI/Talent Keyhole (Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information) and SSBI (Single Scope Background Investigation).
