• Having being locally and internationally trained on more than 80 watch movements.
• Part of Roger Dubuis events team since 2010: on location, demonstrating brand newest creations, answering technical aspects of the product, helping with sale, interaction with clients.

• Along with Technical Supervisor: in charge of the daily operations of the following brands: Jaeger LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Van Cleef & Arpels, Ralph Lauren, Roger Dubuis.
• Investigating comeback repairs, allocating repairs to team members, comprising a high of 13 watchmakers
• Use of SAP system, communication between local management and Swiss headquarters.
• Daily watchmaker work at the bench.

• Lead Watchmaker in charge of the brand Roger Dubuis.

Work performed: diagnosis, repair, polishing, quality control of all RD clients watches. Use of internal SAP system, communication between local management and Swiss headquarters.

• Regulation Workshop Watchmaker: movement lubrication, pallet fork adjustment, organ regulating including flatness, centering, poising and balance regulating. 1.5 year.
• After Sale Service Watchmaker: customer repair including all CS operations: dismantling, cleaning of the movement, assembling, oiling, polishing of the case, encasing. 1.5 year.
