• Create all new PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process) releases for MOE4 department.
• Work with each MFE to ensure and verify the trial paperwork is accurate before the Work On are sent out.
• Receive in PPAP components and wire harnesses from the warehouse and verify that all parts have been properly processed in SAP.
• Maintain all PPAP components in the PJM hold cage while inventory spreadsheet.
• Verify that all PPAP samples have been delivered to QMM and labeled correctly.
• Deliver sample parts to PQA for testing.
• Coordinate with MFO to schedule the trial build and monitor trial build progress to collect cycle time.
• Scan completed trial paperwork and place it in the trial order folder. Close out the trial in SAP.

Current: MOE4 Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee operators, PMs to ensure completion in SAP.
• Input work schedules/templates into SMC.
• Maintain all MOE4 department computers when leases expire. I also schedule Lexmark technicians to perform any repairs needed to maintain the printers.
• I submit all Lexmark visitors' requests for access to the plant.
• Maintain hard copy forms, and work with engineers to convert additional forms to electronic.

• Create the DPR (Daily Production Report), pull all daily moves from SAP, and input info into a spreadsheet with each lot number.
• Create department work order and maintain completion date.
• Responsible for creating all Cintas POs for cleanroom gourmets.

• I have assisted with three production line start-ups. This required visiting the machine builder and relaying feedback on the design of each station and line run-off.
• During my position as a PSPL, I have visited with our customers to conduct a sort on potential bad parts. I lead a CIP project to reduce scrap parts. The percentage of parts that were presently being scrapped was 18%. I worked with MFEs and QMM to redesign the workstations, and this resulted in reducing the scrap to 8%. My project was a success, and as a result and reward, I was one of the three operators invited to the SC Manufacturer of the Year award ceremony banquet in Columbia, SC in 2002.
