As the Sales/Parts manager for a start up company I wear many hats including; customer reprentative, purchaser, acquisition, shipping,recieving, and inventory control.

Using machine manuals and parts drawing I assist customers, helping find needed replacement parts.

I worked to build relationships with direct vendors from machine shops, fab shops, and multiple purchase part vendors.

Working with one shipper/receiver working directly under me I helped coordinate order and shipments as well as inventory control.

In the 4 years working in this start up company I increased parts sales from 400k to 1.8m yearly.

• Ability to troubleshoot processors/ CIP operation and implement decisive corrective actions where necessary and so as to ensure finished product quality and safety integrity is maintained at all times.
• Maximizing processor uptime while reducing downtime. Preventative in approach to identify potential equipment and/or component failure events.
• Effective communication with Mix Maker, and Filler operators to ensure continuity, timeliness and reliability of supply to Processing and Filler areas.
• Effective communication with production planner to assure all customer orders were completed on time.
• Ensure full compliance with companies policies, procedures, GMP's, code of safe practices and SOP's at all times.

• Work with Control Room Operator to ensure timely delivery of product to filler.
• Familiar with proper operation of the blending, product transfer, separation, and some pasteurization equipment.
• Monitor and document chemical concentrations to ensure proper cleaning of equipment.
• Prepare blends and mixes as needed for production according to batch sheets and formulas.
• Work closely with lab to ensure products are formulated and tested to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with transfer systems, batch systems, and CIP systems.
• Ensure proper product rotation of raw milk inventory.
• Be familiar with and follow all company GMP's, SOP's, and SSOP's at all times.

• Reviewed plans and specs during the schematic design of pre-construction.
• Determined the project schedule, which included the sequence of all construction activities.
• Obtained proper dimensions and finish specifications from blueprints, sketches and verbal instructions.
• Performed regular job site observations to provide direction for all personnel.
• Scheduled all contractors and materials deliveries.
