I have been responsible for supervising the daily performance of UPS service providers; improving performance and maintaining compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements. I have also been involved in sales lead participation; maintaining customer relationships, responding to customer concerns, business development opportunities. I am DOT certified, I have package car experience; delivering and training drivers on routes, which has been beneficial in understanding driver performance and other employees as well.
