Having time to self care and exercise make me feel better by concentrating and feeling mentally sharp for tasks at hand. I'm a strong believer that doing exercise stimulates the growth of new brain cells and helps prevent age-related decline. I enjoyed doing yoga and meditation which make me feel better about myself and directing me to achieve even small goals. I feel a sense of achievement at the end.
I start off my day with just a few minutes of exercise per day, and increase my workout as I feel more energized. Even short bursts of exercise like walking in the early in the morning or afternoon can help regulate my sleep patterns. I do relaxing exercise at night, such as yoga or gentle stretching can help promote sleep.
