• Responsible for the training, health, welfare, and technical support of two NCOs and one soldier. Supervises, performs, and coordinates collection management, analysis, processing, and dissemination of strategic and tactical intelligence. Conducts quality control supervision of subordinates. Assists in the preparation of indicators to satisfy priority intelligence requirements. Responsible for preparing and conducting command intelligence training programs.

• Responsible for a Worldwide deployable FORSCOM Maneuver, Fires and Effects (MFE) Military Police Company; overall responsible for the training, quality of life, safety, morale, health, welfare, discipline and combat readiness of 167 service members; principal advisor to the commander on all enlisted personnel issues and special emphasis areas; overseas unit daily operations consisting of supply, maintenance, administrative, and training functions; responsible for unit discipline and standards enforcement; maintains accountability and serviceability for all assigned Company MTOE Equipment and installation property valued in excess of $10,000,000.
• Led diverse training simulations to prepare teams for combat and emergency situations.
• Developed top talent by leading training initiatives for combat preparation.
• Led military police teams in support of battlefield operations.
• Enforced military laws and regulations, including the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

• Serves as the 558MP Company Operations NCO. Ensures that all communication and detailed information to operate the Company to success by mission accomplishment for 164 Soldier Effectively monitors, communicates, and assists in enforcing mission-critical production indicators, statistics, and solution plans; prepares the TOC for orders, drills, briefs, and rehearsals; receives and appropriately handles and distributes FRAGOs, Red Cross messages, and Serious Incident Reports (SIRs); responsible for the accountability, maintenance, and readiness of equipment in excess of $8 Million; and readiness of 14 Soldiers.

• Leads Military Police Platoon, Squads, and Teams; leads military police Soldiers in support of battlefield and installation security measures; plans and coordinates security measures in enemy prisoner of war facilities and civilian internment settlements/resettlements; ensures all platoon equipment and vehicles are properly maintained, and PMCS is current; counsels and mentors squad leaders for professional growth.

Serves as a Senior Drill Sergeant in a Basic Combat Training Brigade, responsible for the accountability, supervision, professional development, and evaluation of 10 Drill Sergeants. Responsible for the training of over 600 Initial Entry Training Soldiers per year, as well as accountability and serviceability of individual and organizational equipment valued in excess of $1,250,000. Responsible for instilling discipline, enforcing the Army Values and Military Standards and Discipline while providing leadership, guidance, and counseling for Drill Sergeants and IET Soldiers. Ensures all TRADOC POI training guidelines are met, and all Soldiers meet the Army Standards.

• Served as the SME for the development of both Army and Joint capability requirements documents. Responsible for determining and documenting needs across all DOTMLPF domains. Provides support to and serves as a member of Integrated Concept Teams, science, and technology reviews. Responsible for the development of specific, measurable, and testable support-related material requirements. Represented the Military Police Corps through knowledge and operational experience. Identifies and assists with solutions to capability gaps, and ensures that the requirements of Soldiers are adequately met. Conducts Military Briefings to U.S. Army senior leaders and the voice of the MP Corps.
