- CleanStart was founded by two of my coworkers at Sunpower by Hyperion Solar Energy
- I left SunPower by Hyperion Solar Energy in November of 2024 to join CleanStart
- When they asked me to join them as one of the first of three company employees, I knew it would be a leap of faith
- I had just gotten my feet wet with solar sales, so I was still very new to the business
- My trust in the people I would be working with ultimately made me make that leap of faith
- We built the company from the ground up
- I was fortunate enough to have the power to give my input on key business decisions such as the name of the company and sales strategies
- Every day as a team, we work on new sales pitches and tactics and practice them like acting class
- We role-play as homeowners and sales consultants to perfect our craft and feel more natural with the process
- My main responsibilities are lead-generating appointments, training new employees, and closing deals as a solar consultant
