- Does a morning walk in the plant to survey the workplace before employees get in, making sure everything is working and the housekeeping is maintained.
- I go on SAP to check on all the orders that was put in the system and to balance the work to make sure we have the employees to get the task done.
- I do a morning safety/ toolbox meeting every morning with the employees and we talk about the workload and what they need in their department to get the job done.
- Every 2 hours, I do my walk around the plant to make sure everything is working and everyone is doing their part. I also look around for supplies or materials we will need as we produce metal materials.
- There are times were I have to fix a machine is down or I have to call a 3rd party to come over to work on the machine.
- I communicate with our sales team and customers daily to let them know the status of their orders.
