Soon-to-be cybersecurity graduate and IT Help Desk Technician with 2 years of experience. I've gained a variety of skills in work and my education. As a help desk technician, I've gained experience with Active Directory, learned troubleshooting skills, and learned to communicate with IT professionals and system users. I was also responsible for the maintenance and inventory of devices and computers. In my education, I have learned to program in java and python, run SQL queries and manage databases. In addition, I've learned extensively about computer networks, network infrastructures, governance, security, and the procedures required to maintain a network.
