As a help desk technician, I've gained experience with Active Directory, learned troubleshooting skills, and learned to communicate with IT professionals and system users. I was also responsible for the maintenance and inventory of devices and computers. In my education, I have learned to program in java and python, run SQL queries and manage databases.
