I spent hundreds of hours researching and finding out what the market in the city of Pryor could use. I created and formulated a comprehensive business model, that took undeveloped land in a rural area to an on paper implementable business that is now in the contracting phase. - This project included layout of the business, ROI, complete marketing strategy, market analysis, assumption numbers based off market averages, 4-year profit/loss and income statement. These statements included taxes, rent back to investor, and entire administration cost as well as the normal things that are accounted for on these statements.
