Im a jack of all Traits Some say. I wont lie to you, if i don't know how to fix it i wont guess at it. But i promise you this ill find the rite person who can an together find the solution. Im a great problem solver and Love a challenge. I hate being behind or late for anything, So first thing i do is set out a game plan then put it to test.

I know how to fix thing's in a way that it is safe to use & or live around. Mr Chism would Buy and sale home's that needed Repairs. And while working as DSM for metro by t-mobile. He hired me and my wife to remodel & repair each property so they were ready to be re sold. Also hired me as a on call 24 hr maintenance man and my wife as his personal assistant/Property manager for all his rentals. I Also know what outside ground's work is and how to do it very well. I Cut Grass,Greens & Fair way's as the Grounds technician in indiana at Inns Brook Country Club which is a Professional Golf course in my early twenty's.
