- I am responsible for fueling / refueling all the airlines including Southwest, Spirit, Delta, United, American, Alaska, Volaris , and cargo including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. I have quit alot of experience with all these airlines especially dealing with INOP gauges and good communication with the pilots and mechanics when something is wrong with the refueling procedure.
- Responded to client inquiries and resolved issues promptly.
- Ensured that all safety protocols were followed during refueling operations.
- Dispensed aviation grade fuels according to customer specifications.
- Conducted inspections on aircraft before refueling process was initiated.
- Responded to emergency requests for fuel from customers in a timely manner.
