This was an unpaid internship. I worked with state of the art equipment, such as hybrid SSL console, Neve preamps, LA-2A Compressors, U-87 Microphones, protools, etc. By the time I left, I was running full recording sessions, mixing and Mastering, voice overs, and some ADR work. I helped with several recording albums, commercials and one film. Most notable would be Voiceovers and ADR for Christopher Lloyd, Jeff Bridges, and John Corbett.

I did a little bit of everything. I bussed tables, waited tables and cooked pizza.

At this job, I did mostly customer service. I operated the cash register. I restocked the shelves and some warehouse work.

During this time, I learned many skills, including construction, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, roofing, etc. We did anything from small plumbing repairs to building an entire house from the frame up.

Various temporary jobs, such as data entry.

During this time, I worked for several companies through Express Personnel, and I feel it was where I really built a strong work ethic. At one time, I had a job grinding paint down in a paper making machine with a needle gun, graveyard, 12 hour shifts making $8.25 an hour. It's a good reminder of where I came from. I worked for a company called Blount, which made chainsaw chains. I received my license for Forklift operator. I also worked on their assembly line. In addition to that job, I was also working for Batesville unloading coffins from their trucks into their warehouse.

At this job, I worked the cash register, helped customers and restocked the inventory.

My first attempted at learning sales techniques. It was a good start to my later development.
