My passion for business growth and development has guided my career through a plethora of opportunities and learnings. I am a strategic thinker focused on being an agent of measured change. I have over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and have performed most roles across the business including production, logistics, quality, sourcing, sales and sales management, capital project management, innovation management, customer development strategy, and new market strategy to name a few. Most recently I have been heavily involved with business direction, strategic planning, and process improvement & standardization. All businesses are beautifully unique, and in that beauty lies a standard formula for repeatable success.
