I took on the role as the sales manager with AAA and my roles were making sure the batch plant was running every day and drivers knew were to go and how to approach job sites. I also oversaw rock wash plant to make sure our rock was clean with no mud or dirt was coming out with it. I would go out to customers and job sites every day to check on the projects. I would also do all the bidding of projects through Wenatchee plan center and Spokane plan center, I would look over all specs for each pour and from there I would design the concrete mixes per engineer specs that included water cement ratio, strength requirements and sand, rock, powder ratio.
