I led the growth trajectory of MODUS along with other Senior Leaders within our existing market footprint by expanding our client base and growing our business in other markets. We grew from a 25+ person company with gross revenue of ~$22M to a diversified turnkey services company with over 125 employees and a ~$46M annual gross revenue.
Delivered successfully on a Project for a client on a National stage by managing our team of Site Acquisition, A&E and Construction teams to identify, locate, permit and construct over 300 small cell nodes within a year whilst also working with the client fiber company to launch sites on time. Our project was one of four metro locations chosen in the country.
Diversified and built our construction capabilities with both internal and external crews. Was impactful in the development and implementation of our process to identify and on-board new personnel and crews.
Worked on and supervised our newly developed Electric Vehicle (Clean Energy) Program and achieved "Expert install" status as a vendor for multiple EV clients
