Managed the business relationship of auto auctions within my assigned territory, between 6-10 auctions.

Manage regional inventory, including monitoring transport status, reviewing certification inspections, vehicle grading, reconditioning estimates, and sale preparation, and approving sale bids.

• Develop and implement new practices for auction sales.

• Floor and grade all units and look for ways to add value via repairs, cosmetic repairs or variety of details on all units.
• Work with all auctions on vehicle announcements such as Green Lights, mech certs and Silver Certs.
• Work with the title department and auctions to make sure that all titles are present at auctions prior to the sale day.
• Reconcile all invoices and expenses per unit prior to ACH being sent out.
• Work with auctions to put Sensible on a set schedule to increase exposure.
• Worked with all auctions to market Sensible Auto Lending with banners, stickers and promotional sales.
• Worked with repo to make sure that all units arrived at the correct auction and used RDN to address any location issues.
• Manged the relationship with over 20 auctions including Copart that we sold vehicles through.
• Developed and implemented an SOP and SPA for all auctions and third party vendors.
• Increased net sales % by more then 20% in the first quarter.
• Increased net recovery % by more then 23% in the first quarter.

• Visit auctions to manage the relationship and make sure that auctions were handling Sensible inventory per Sensible Guidelines.
• Worked with auctions to negotiate sale fees, detail charges, repair expenses as well as develop and implement a new repair estimate template for all auctions to use.

• Managed the reconditioning and sale of vehicles at a nationwide network of auctions.
• Managed vehicle inventory between 500-1000 units between 9-10 auctions.
• Assist with performance management of the auction to obtain the highest possible net sales proceeds to reduce or eliminate the customer's deficiency balance.
• Worked repair estimates daily (via Auto IMS) from the auctions as well as worked on getting miles for our units so titles could be sent early to keep down our turn time.
• Worked daily reports to get miles, stock numbers and missing titles.
• Worked closely with repo department to get units at the auction in a timely manner and resolve any issues with repo agents.
• Worked closely with the redemption department to notify the auctions immediately if any units needed to be pulled from the sale due to redemptions.
• Worked closely with the bankruptcy department to pull any units which may have legal holds on them.
• Monitored aged inventory and any units where we lost our lien, notify auction, fill out letter of no interest and process fees, but also keeps as many of these down to the bare minimum.
• Would work with auctions on any new guidelines that CAC put forth and train the auctions on these new policies.
• Made sure that all expenses were kept down to maximize profit to get a higher NSA%.
• I would send run blocks to all my auctions and work closely with our title department to make sure that the auctions had all the titles to sale units, to limit any missing title pulls from the sale.
• Performed quarterly Performance calls with all my auctions to go over our monthly performance and then did write ups to summarize our conversation and send to CAC corporate as well as the auctions.
• Audited the auctions to make sure that all expenses were reconciled, and made sure that they followed not only CAC guidelines but federal guidelines as well.
• Set up travel to each auction with the airlines app, as well as set up hotel stays and rental vehicle for use while on an auction visit.
• Managed my expenses while on an auction visit and then submitted my expenses to get reimbursed on company credit card.
• Had weekly meetings with CAC remarketing department to go over new policies or procedures that would be implemented.

• I would sell vehicles to customers with challenged credit.
• I would list the units online, write the description, and take pictures and post online.
• I would work our customer base, past and present as well as new customers to find the best vehicle with the inventory that we had that best suit their needs as well as what they could afford.
• Not only was I in charge of selling the unit to the customer, I would also do all the financing paperwork with the customer and make sure that all docs were properly signed and then I would submit them to the business office to get tax and title work done.

• Would perform on site visits and sometimes spend all weekend at my dealerships and set up promotions to all who signed up with Westlake Financial.
• Would work with dealerships on what stips would be needed to finalize the sale through Westlake Financial.

• When I started working at Metro Auto Auction, I was the Operations Supervisor and my job duties were to make sure that all units were checked in and numbered for the sale, all condition reports done accurately and all damaged notated.
• Successfully managed day-to-day operations of a large team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure efficient workflow.
• We would make sure that all units went through detail/wash and vac and we would do a QC check on the units and then take them to their spot on line.
• Resolved customer service issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• During the sale day, I would make sure that all the lanes were working perfectly and if we had any issues with any units, whether it be bad batteries to flat tires, I made sure that the problems were corrected and the unit would cross the block.
• I would also help out the day before sale day and do condition reports on our units when we would get backed up due to customers dropping off units late for the sale.
• After the sale I would perform PSI checks on all units with a requested PSI.
• I had to get certified in condition reports, arbitration certified as well as frame certification to be able to perform the PSI checks.
• As the Fleet Lease GSA Manager, I was able to work a deal with GSA and Metro Auto Auction when I found out that.
• Manheim DFW lost the GSA contract and I was able to get GSA to come to Metro Auto Auction, which was huge due to the fact that Metro had only been open a few years.
• I had a crew of 5 guys under me and we took in new GSA inventory which we would input into our system, and set the units back in our holding area.
• We would clean the units out and get them ready for their new government employee owner.
• We would also inventory their trade-ins and get those ready for the GSA sale, which we held monthly.
• I also had to work with the Dallas Morning News to make sure that we had an article listing all units available for sale.
• Upon the completion of the sale, I would work the financials with the business office and make sure that all numbers and sale checks matched up.
• Then we would submit the financials to the GSA rep to settle the sale.
