• Conducts research on event ROI and hosts monthly meetings to share with leadership
• Plans and executes virtual events, partner events, tradeshows, internal conferences, etc.
• Packs & ships all event materials and coordinates delivery with team and venue
• Creates landing pages, copywriting material, emails, & registration for events
• Completes daily tasks using platforms such as Microsoft 365, Jira, HubSpot, GoTo, Bizzabo, etc.
• Assists with copywriting projects
• Drafts RF-SMART Social Media posts
• Assists with the creation of landing pages & emails for marketing events
• Assists with logistics of prospect, customer, & partner webinars
• Assists with tradeshow & event prep
• Builds clientele and keeps customers up to date with the latest products
• Confidently provides service to all customers with an inviting attitude
• Works efficiently with multiple customers and alongside vendors
