Rotation 1: VCP Lab Cost Engineer (July 2022-July 2023)

  • Contributed $12.9 million of cost reduction ideas to the productivity funnel through a variety of events and technical plays including genba at GE shops and leading the creation of deep dive packages being used to drive sourcing ideation
  • Leveraged technical experts (both within VCP team and outside) and visits to shops to gain technical knowledge and grow understanding of engine hardware

Rotation 2: Narrowbody Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics Fleet Manager (July 2023 - January 2024)

  • Helped manage high-profile field issues and engine prognostic health management for multiple airline operators
  • Developed new forecasting analytic using MRL/TRL process and helped create redesigned Alert Summary Flowcharts for LEAP 1A and 1B to allow for efficient handling of alerts by the monitoring team

Rotation 3: Asset Data & Systems (January 2024-Current)

  • Implemented entry into service of the new GE9X engine within our asset data management system
  • Worked with a cross functional team to help fix current and to prevent future data quality issues in regards to engine thrust ratings

  • Used six sigma process to produce solution to inefficient sanitary sewer lift station in steam plant
  • Took role as management of change (MOC) coordinator in which I interfaced with coworkers to ensure timely and efficient completion of forms
  • Created dashboards using ASPEN so users around the site could monitor utility meters in real time along with consumption and production data
  • Helped utilities and facilities team prepare for upcoming BASF Hazard Analysis (BHA) by setting up meetings with Wyandotte and North American Process Safety Specialists to review distribution of site utilities
