(TREV) coordinator. Assists Consultant Management Project Managers and In-House Section Leaders with processing TREV for approval by District Design Engineer or designee. This includes
maintaining a tracking database, scanning and uploading documents into Project Suite Enterprise Edition (PSEE), and obtaining required signatures before final approval by the District Design
Engineer. Assists with preparing all personnel-related paperwork to include, new hires, promotion, reassignment, pay actions, position descriptions, current and proposed organizational charts, create
new hire personnel files, copy documents and keep a record of all personnel related paperwork. Files general office material and maintains office records. Utilizes word processing and spreadsheet
applications for memos, letters and reports. Serves as back-up in coordinating and finalizing log letters through the tracker system. Ensures letters are accurately formatted and responded to prior
to suspense date. Operates a variety of standard office equipment such as fax, copiers, scanners and computers. Assists with scheduling meetings and calendar appointments through Outlook.
