Made sure each item was labeled correctly because customers may be allergic to some of the ingredients in the products. During closing shifts, I would do the donut breakout, clean and sanitize the department, cake case, donut showcase, and tables on the sales floor. Morning shifts I scanned out of date product and route product using FIFO. RTS was taking out every morning and each product was labeled with their sale by date.
