At Mochinut, I hold the position of Kitchen Manager while concurrently managing social media marketing and advertising initiatives. In this multifaceted role, I am responsible for several key functions including menu development, wherein I introduce new flavors on a weekly basis and innovate new food and beverage items to enhance our offerings.

In addition to my managerial duties, I actively engage with customers by personally serving food and beverages, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. At the age of 16, I assumed ownership of Soleil Tan, where I successfully managed all aspects of its operations in collaboration with my mother. My primary role encompassed ensuring exemplary customer experiences by providing comprehensive tanning knowledge and advocating for skin health awareness. I prioritized delivering exceptional customer service while also overseeing hiring, training, inventory management using QuickBooks, and handling payroll through Georgia Payroll systems.

In addition to managerial duties, I maintained stringent cleanliness standards by sanitizing tanning beds and rooms, managing salon upkeep, and handling laundry operations. Leveraging advanced client management systems, I meticulously organized customer records to streamline service delivery.

Under my ownership, Soleil Tan earned the esteemed reputation of being the top-rated tanning salon in Gwinnett County for five consecutive years. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I strategically decided to divest the salon to pursue my academic aspirations in psychology.

This entrepreneurial experience equipped me with invaluable skills in leadership, customer service, operations management, and business administration, providing a solid foundation for my future pursuits in psychology and beyond.

During my tenure at Taco Mac, I held dual positions as a Host and Server, showcasing versatility and adaptability in my role. As a Host, I expertly managed the front-of-house operations, greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of seating to optimize customer satisfaction.

Transitioning seamlessly into the role of Server, I delivered exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive service, accurately taking orders, and promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns. I maintained a thorough knowledge of the menu offerings and upheld the restaurant's standards for quality and presentation with each interaction.

My time at Taco Mac honed my skills in customer service, time management, and teamwork, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant's operations.

During my time at Prana Harmony, I served as the Store Manager of a spiritual boutique offering a diverse range of products including crystals, sage, essential oils, singing bowls, as well as services such as tarot card readings and Reiki healing. In this capacity, I was entrusted with the organization and pricing of inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.

Moreover, I managed scheduling for appointments, effectively coordinating client visits to align with staff availability and service offerings. Recognizing the importance of digital presence, I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive website for the shop, facilitating online merchandise sales and expanding our reach to a broader audience.

During my tenure at Lifetime Fitness, I held the role of Children's Coordinator, overseeing the well-being and engagement of approximately 32 children, spanning from infants as young as 6 months old to 12-year-olds. My responsibilities were multifaceted, with each shift involving either managing the infant and toddler room, nurturing babies and facilitating activities to entertain toddlers, or organizing recreational activities for older children such as rock climbing and swimming.

In addition to daily supervision, I orchestrated special events like birthday parties and Parents' Night Out, assuming the role of party host and devising engaging activities tailored to the children's ages and interests.
