Responsible for managing schedules daily,weekly and future, making changes as needed. Collaborating with advise PSC team to work with leadership on schedule changes. Also building templates

• Expand patient access through data driven assessments.
• Daily email check and management of Resident schedule changes.
• Entering templates for Resident and Attending providers using Qgenda
• Epic changes: cancelled sessions, changing visit types, open slots to be converted to meet office needs.
• Track needed future schedule changes daily
• Communicate with nursing team provider changes
• SAC calculations weekly to determine available sick slots
• Attend weekly schedule check to review 3 months ahead Resident schedules
• Build templates for Karabots, South Philly, and Cobbs Creek Primary care locations Residents.

• Responsible for promptly and positively greeting patients and families, while giving efficient and timely services to patients and their families, such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and obtaining appropriate insurance referrals and authorizations as needed per insurance guidelines
• Working with medical records, following HIPPA guidelines
• Verifying accurately entering essential patient information into the hospital registration and scheduling system.

• Assisting patient with daily living activities, such as hygiene, meals, mild exercise, companionship, and escorts out for appointments if need be.

• Maintained accurate records of patient care, condition, progress and concerns
• Responds appropriately to the physical, emotional and developmental needs of patients
• Helps patients move in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs and automobiles
• Assist patients with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, feeding and voiding.
