7/14/2021 Auxiliary Services Human Resources University Of Georgia Company Address Dear Auxiliary Services I am writing to express interest becoming the next Dining Commons Manager at The Village Summit. I am a 2010 Le Cordon Bleu graduate with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, food, hospitality and food decoration. I come from a solid background with this department and a strong interest in becoming the next Head Chef of Snelling. My area of focus and motivation is preparing food, proper training, infusing confidence in employees while being the best professional that I can be. I believe my academic background, culinary knowledge and my hands on approach has done wonders so far especially with employees who views me as someone who is known to always be there. Use the new physical and mental I've obtained over 6 yrs to have a bigger impact on a Dining Hall. I want to show employees that I'm confident enough to succeed in a new and Bigger position not only as a Chef or Manager, but also as a leader in this department if given the opportunity.
