  • Had pleasure of managing day to day operations of a brand new 62 luxury unit high-rise building.
  • Recruit, hire and train personnel to build a successful team.- Concierge , Porters, Handyman's, ensuring we have a proactive and professional staff.
  • Ordering and tracking janitorial supplies to ensure the property is stocked.
  • Obtaining Building Contracts such as Plumbers, Electric , Hvac, Boiler Maintenance , Fire Panel , Cooling Towers, Landscaper's , Elevators' , Ensuring the Price and Quality were met.
  • Oversee all maintenance repairs via Building Link , including painting, plastering, plumbing, electrical, appliances and general repairs.
  • My biggest impact here is that I have brought up the standard up of the building and the people are happy living here, we even had past residents return to reside at our building.

  • Manage staff' of 8 that included 24-hour doorman/handyman & porter and managed their schedules, vacations, personal days and payroll.
